摘 要
为了充分发挥设备效能,迅速提升加工技术与精度,越来越多的企业每年投入大量资金和技术对传统老式组合机床进行技术改造,取得了良好的效果。用PLC模块、变频驱动技术、操控监控设备等组成电气数字控制系统,以实现编程输入、人机交互、自动化加工的控制方式,扩大加工能力,减少故障,提高效率,已成为企业进行技术改造的有效途径。
论文以A7-39组合机床的数控化改造为背景,概述了组合机床数控化改造的设计方案与应用技术,并对PLC的发展与应用作了简要介绍。论文介绍了PLC编程特点和方式,重点以三菱FX2N型PLC为例,介绍了PLC编程环境,并对A7-39组合机床应用编程作了阐述。论文还进一步阐述了PLC接口与通信技术,介绍了FX2N系列PLC的网络协议,另外对人机界面HMI也做了论述。

Abstract
More and more financing and technology are plough into the tradition machine for exerting efficiency and prompting precision rapidly, acquire well impression. Now it become efficiency approach for corporation reconstructive,by numeric control systemcomposing PLC module frequency and conversion control and inspect equipment carry out programme import and automatization control,to reduce trouble and improve efficiency.
The paper summarize the design project and application technology in machine numeric control system, and introduce the PLC development and application in simply, by the machine numeric control system reconstructive.The paper introduce the PLC programme specialty and mode,emphases the STEP7- Micro/Win 32 design project and application technology for example FX2N PLC. Combined to apply the plait distance to make to elaborate to A7-39 pair pillarses sign type lathe.And the paper introduces the PLC interface technology,network protocol FX2N and the HMI.
