摘要
在一些矿山的运输过程中,由于操作人员的误操作,导致不时都会发生误停,或不停等事故,给矿山的安全生产带来了严重的危害。
本装置是在原来的电机车操作基础上实现电机车自动停车。它对电机车的运行速度进行动态显示,当电机车进行预定区域并触发电磁式位置触发器, 位置接收器将触发信号传到单片机,单片机于是发出报警,并根据接收到的齿频脉冲信号进行距离计算。当行车距离满足设计要求时但车上工作人员没有按下手动按扭,电机车就会以自动方式停车。单片机先就锁定电机车速度,再根据锁定速度进行停车控制,从而达到准确停车。
为满足运输列车的多种需要,装置设计应具备多项功能,但主要功能围绕准确停车为主来完成安全保护功能。

Abstract
In some areas of transport, because operators wrong control led to occur from time to time will mistakenly stopped, or keep accidents to the mines pose a serious safety hazard.
The device is operated in the original train basis electrical vehicles automatically. Its operating speed electrical vehicle dynamics revealed that when a train go into planned regional and the location of the trigger electromagnetic sensors, location receivers will transmitted trigger signals to single-chip. Then single-chip issued warning, and in accordance with the received number of teeth frequency pulse signals to calculation. When travelling distance to meet design requirements, but the operator did not press the manual buttons, train will automatically way to the parking.
Single-chip locks the speed on the first, then under lock pace to control parking style, thus achieving accurate parking.
To meet the diverse transportation needs of the train, devices should be designed with a number of functions, and the primary function mainly to the completion of the parking around the exact security protection functions.
