摘 要
钢铁行业是国家的基础产业和国民经济的支柱产业,现代社会中钢铁又是重要的消耗品,节约劳动力,提高棒材生产线的自动化程度是一个重要的课题。可编程序控制器在提高工业自动化水平及生产效率具有重要的意义,也是现在轧钢棒材生产线中实现自动化的重要手段。成品区的上卸钢装置是棒材成品收集中的关键,是冷床的咽喉部位。本文就是针对老式的上卸钢装置根本不能满足现代轧机速度,从而提出了西门子PLC对上卸钢装置的控制,提高上卸钢装置工作的速度,装置的准确定位,从而提高生产效率和增加效益。本课题主要通过可编程控制器对轧机速度、接近开关等数据和信号的处理,输出正确的动作命令,使裙板式上卸钢装置能够快速、精确的把棒材卸入冷床主体,能够实现上卸钢装置快速的定位。

Abstract

PLC in raising the level of industrial automation and production efficiency is of great significance, rolling and bars production line in an important means of automation. District finished bar steel up-charging device products is the key of the collection, it is cooling bed throat site. This article is for old-fashioned bar steel up-charging device can not meet the speed of the modern mill, Siemens PLC by the bar steel up-charging device on the control device, PLC increased speed of bar steel up-charging device, precise positioning of the device, improve productivity and increase efficiency, The topics mainly through PLC process mill rate, closed switches’ signal and data, etc. Output order the correct order of action, skirt of bar steel up-charging device can be fast, accurate to bar dumping into the main cooling bed. bar steel up-charging device rapid positioning devices.
