摘 要
船舶航行在广阔的大洋上,随时都有可能发生各种突发事件,全船失电就是其中一种较常见的事故,如果不能及时处理,就极有可能引发更为严重的灾难。此刻,船舶应急发电机组就及时的自动启动,对一些重要的航行,消防和照明设备提供应急电源,以保证船舶能继续安全航行直至主电源恢复供电。由此可见船舶应急发电机组的及时自启动,提供应急电源对于船舶有着及其重要的意义。本文通过对应急发电机组自启动要求的分析,结合设备现状,利用PLC(可编程控制器)来制作船舶应急发电机组自动起动控制器。

Abstract
The ships sailing in the vast ocean, any kinds of unexpected events may happen. the entire ship loses the electricity is one kind of common incident.If not it can not be soloved in time,the more serious diseaster is on the way. At this moment, the emergency generator sets automatica start to support electricity to a number of important navigation, fire and emergency lighting in order to ensure the safety of navigation be continued until the restoration of main power supply. From this we can see the emergency generating sets is very important. Based on the emergency generating sets analysis the requirements of automatica start, combined with the status of equipment, system design requirements, the use of PLC (programmable logic controller) to the produc of the ship emergency generator set automatic start controller.
