摘要
目前我国的造纸行业正处在发展阶段,省内的造纸企业还是以中小企业居多。由于资金薄弱,技术短缺,他们的中小型造纸机仍在采用多点式的控制方式进行传动,其工作强度大,工作效率低,实时控制差,已经越来越不能适应企业的经济和社会效益。目前大型造纸企业所采用由大型PLC组成的现场总线控制技术的并不适合中小型企业的造纸系统。而近年来组态软件技术的发展为解决中小企业纸机所面临的问题提供了一个很好的途径。
针对目前中小造纸企业现有的纸机设备工作效率低,同步性差,以及中小型企业普遍面临的资金短缺,技术薄弱等问题,本课题提出了构建基于组态软件的节能型纸机传动控制系统的方案。通过利用触摸屏、PLC、变频器和上位机来构建三级控制结构的纸机传动控制系统,并完成系统各个组件之间的接口连接,PLC的端口设计,变频器的设置,组态软件和PLC的编程和调试等工作,构建完整的纸机传动控制系统,最终能通过触摸屏和上位机简单的人机界面完成对系统的传动部分进行的启停、调速等控制,并进行系统监控。该系统能有效的提高纸机系统运行的稳定性和工作效率,人机界面的操作简单易学,能轻易地对纸机系统进行精确地调速,系统变得更加容易监控,稳定的造纸设备可以提高造纸质量,并在一定程度上节约了能源的损耗。
基于组态软件的纸机传动系统无论在工作的效率性,稳定性上还是在系统构建的经济性上都十分贴切目前中小企业的需求。因此,未来它在中小造纸企业会有比较大的发展空间。

Abstract
In nowadays , the papermaking profession in our country is occupying the development phase, in our province most of the papermaking enterprise are the small and medium-sized enterprise. Because shortage of capital, the weakness in technology, the middle and small scale paper mill was still using the multi-point control mode to carry on the transmission, its working strength is mass, the working efficiency is low, the real-time control difference, which is continually could not adapt to the enterprise''s economy and the social efficiency.
The paper machine equipment existing in the small papermaking enterprise,whoes working efficiency is low in view of present, the synchronism is inefficient , as well as the Small and medium-sized enterprise faces generally fund shortage, technology weak and so on problems, this paper proposed the construction based on the configuration software''s energy conservation paper engine drive control system''s plan. Through using the touchscreen, PLC, the frequency changer and the superior machine constructs the third-level control structure the paper engine drive control system, and completes between the system each module''s connection connection, the PLC port design, frequency changer''s establishment, configuration work and so on software and PLC programming and debugging, constructs the complete paper engine drive control system, can finally completes through the touchscreen and the superior machine simple human-machine interface to system''s transmission part carries on opens stops, controls and so on velocity modulation, and carries on the system monitoring. This system can effective enhance the paper machine systems operation the stability and the working efficiency, the human-machine interface simplicity of operator easy to study, can carry on easily to the paper machine system modulates velocity precisely, the system becomes easier to monitor, the stable papermaking equipment may improve the papermaking quality, and saved the energy loss to a certain extent.
Paper engine drive system based on configuration software can meet the needs to the small and medium-sized enterprise in all about the machine system’s working efficiency, stability and it’s economy. Therefore, there will be a big development opportunities in the future in the small papermaking enterprise.
