摘要
科学技术突飞猛进的今天,生产力不断的发展,无线、远程、精确、小型化、智能化引领着科技发展的方向。空气压缩机作为一种重要的能源产生形式,被广泛应用于生活生产的各个环节。尤其是双螺杆式的空气压缩机被广泛应用机械,冶金,电子电力,医药,包装,化工,食品,采矿,纺织,交通等众多工业领域,成为压缩空气的主流产品空压机,就是把一个标准大气压的空气通过能量转化的方式输出来满足用户需求的空气的设备,能量转化一般都是可理解为机械能转为动能。
本系统是采用PIC单片机技术研制的专用控制器。使用压力传感器,温度传感器以及外围电路共同构成了一台能够对气体压缩进行控制的智能仪表。它能按用户设定的参数控制空压机主机的启动、压力保护,监测系统各部分的运行状况,当发生异常时发出报警信号或停机保护。本系统在完成对空气压缩进行控制的同时,将其各个参数通过液晶面板显示出来,形成人机对话的人性化界面。整个系统可分为压力信号采集模块,温度信号采集模块,键盘模块,显示模块等。

Abstract

In particular, twin-screw-type air compressor is widely used in mechanical, metallurgical, power electronics, pharmaceuticals, packaging, chemicals, food, mining, textiles, transport, and other industrial fields, compressed air into the mainstream products air compressor, is to A standard atmospheric pressure of air through the transformation of the mode of energy output to meet the needs of users of air equipment, energy conversion generally be interpreted as mechanical energy to kinetic energy.
The system is using technology developed by PIC microcontroller dedicated controller. The use of pressure sensors, temperature sensors and external circuit together constitute a can of compressed gas to control the smart instrumentation. Users can set the parameters of the control console launch air compressor, pressure protection, monitoring different parts of the system of running state, when the anomaly occurred when the alarm signal or shutdown protection. Upon completion of the system to control the compressed air at the same time, its parameters through the liquid crystal display panels, interactive form of human interface. The whole system can be divided into pressure signal acquisition module, the temperature signal acquisition module, keyboard module, modules and PC communications module of five parts.
