摘 要
可编程序控制器是一种专门为在工业环境下应用而设计的数字运算操作的电子装置,对提高设备的运转率起到了重要作用。随着时间的推移,PLC已经不再局限于最初世纪的逻辑和顺序控制领域,越来越多的PLC产品向着满足更多更复杂的控制要求迈进。随着现场总线和工业以太网技术出现和推广,可编程序控制器的应用日益普及,PLC在电厂锅炉控制系统中的应用也比较广泛,如PLC在化学水处理系统中的应用;PLC在锅炉定期排污系统中的应用; PLC在汽轮机凝汽器胶球清洗系统的应用;PLC在给水泵起、停控制中的应用;PLC在炉膛安全保护监控系统中的应用。随着PLC的生产和发展及其显而易见的优点,电厂化学水处理系统成了电厂中应用PLC进行程序控制最早、最广泛的辅助系统。电厂化学水处理包括锅炉补给水处理、凝结水处理和废水处理,其目的在于预防热力设备结垢、腐蚀和结盐,确保可靠生产,并尽量做到节水和控制环境污染。考虑到锅炉补给水处理和凝结水处理的工艺流程大致相似,本课题就主要针对PLC在锅炉补给水系统中的应用设计。以实现对化学水处理的自动化控制,降低生产成本提高生产效率。

ABSTRACT
The programmable controller is designs the manufacture for the industrial control application the special purpose computer control device, to raised equipment''s service factor to play the influential role. With the lapse of time, PLC already no longer limited to initial century logic and the sequential control domain, more and more PLC products turn toward satisfy the more complex control requests to make great strides forward. Appears along with the field bus and the industry ethernet technology and promotes, more powerful promotion PLC product in industrial field widespread use. PLC is also quite widespread in the power plant boiler control system''s application, like PLC in boiler regular pollution discharge system''s application; PLC in chemistry water disposal system''s application; PLC in steam turbine water recovery condenser rubber ball clean system''s application; PLC in the feed pump gets up, stops in the control the application; PLC in chamber safekeeping of security supervisory system''s application. Along with the PLC production and the development and the obvious merit, the power plant chemistry water disposal system became in the power plant to carry on the programmed control using PLC most early, the most widespread servosystem. The power plant chemistry water treatment including the boiler supplies water treatment, the congealment water treatment and the wastewater disposal, its goal lies in the prevention thermal energy equipment scaling, the corrosion and ties the salt, guarantees the reliable production, and achieves saving water and the control environmental pollution as far as possible. Considered the boiler supplies water treatment and the congealment water treatment''s technical process is approximately similar, this topic mainly aims at PLC in the boiler supplies aqueous system''s application design. Realizes to chemistry water treatment automated control, cuts the production cost enhancement production efficiency.
