摘 要
随着我国经济的高速发展,工业流水线对其控制系统的要求越来越高。传统的继电器-接触器控制系统已无法满足控制要求。因此,基于PLC的流水线传动控制系统迅速发展起来。该系统以PLC为控制核心,具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强,在恶劣的生产环境里,仍然可以十分正常地工作的优点,同时,结合友好的人机界面系统-触摸屏,使得其操作简便,不需要大量的专业知识就能掌握其使用方法,易于推广使用。本文采用PLC、触摸屏、变频器通过合理组态,实现某工业流水线传动系统控制,具有多工位加工,正反向运行,多段速运行以及工件计数等功能,能够满足目前大部分工业生产流水线的需求。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Chinese economic ,the demanding of industrial pipeline control systems are increased. Traditional relay - contactor control system has been unable to meet the requirements. Therefore, the PLC-based control system for transmission lines develops rapidly. The system has a PLC as the core, contains high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and in the worst years of the production environment can still be quite normal to the merits of the work. At the same time, combined with a friendly man-machine interface system - touch screen, makes it easy to operate and people don’t need a lot of professional knowledge will still be able to master its use, promoting easily. In this paper, PLC, touch screen, inverters are configured rationally to realize the transmission control of an industrial pipeline. with the function of multi-processing, the pros and cons to running, multi-speed operation, and features such as parts count, it can be able to meet most of the industrial production line demand .
