摘 要
本文介绍了600吨龙门吊的纠偏系统,其原理是利用绝对值编码器测量起重机车架相对于轨道的偏斜,通过PLC控制的变频器调整两边驱动电机的转速,自动修正车架的偏斜。用于位置检测的编码器,绝对值型多圈编码器最合适,它没有累积误差;电源切除后位置信息不会丢失,这是别的编码器所不具备的。信号传输也是这个系统中重要组成部分,光纤有无可比拟的优越性,通信容量大、传输距离远。光纤的损耗极低,信号串扰小、保密性能好,从而使大车的运行情况迅速传送到ABB编码器模块。本龙门吊有三种纠偏方式:自动纠偏,手动纠偏,电磁铁纠偏。

Abstract
This paper describes the correction of 600 tons gantry system. The principle is the use of absolute encoders crane frame measuring the deflection of the orbit, through PLC-controlled inverter drive motor to adjust the speed on both sides. The frame automatically correct the deviation. Position detection for the encoders, absolute multi-turn encoder is the most suitable, it does not accumulate error. Power will not be lost after removal of the location information, the other encoders do not have this feature. The signal transmission is also an important component of the system, optical fiber has unparalleled advantage, such as communication capacity, transmission distance, Low loss,Signal crosstalk small, confidential performance, so that the operation of carts quickly sent to ABB encoder module. The gantry has three corrective methods: automatic correction, manual correction, correcting electromagnet.
