摘 要
分析输电线路绝缘污闪事故的起因,调研射阳县沿海地段输电线路所处的地理环境、气候特征及自然、工业、人工污秽状况,总结射阳县供电公司输电线路防污闪工作现状。对2009年~2011年射阳县供电公司管辖的35kV~220kV输电线路绝缘子现场污秽度测量情况及数据进行分析,并有针对性地提出射阳县沿海地段输电线路外绝缘配置原则、新建输电设备外绝缘配置原则及运行输电设备外绝缘执行原则。
