摘 要
本设计在进行了一系列的实地考察后,根据现实的工程需求,加上对可编程控制器的理解和分析,采用可编程序控制器(Programmable Controller,简称PLC)来实现自动配料系统的控制。详细讲述了自动配料系统的设计步骤,着重对软件开发与调试做了介绍,完成了配料的硬件配置和软件设计,并利用世纪星组态软件实现实时监控系统的设计。
本设计共分四部分,其中第一部分对前人的配料系统做了简要的介绍,并结合实地的考察经验,对本次设计做了简要的分析和设想。第二部分根据毕业设计要求,结合自己的实践经验,提出了合理的设计方案,并对设计步骤作了进一步的介绍。另外对资源的配置以及在现实中上料装置的原理做了介绍。第三部分对配料系统软件的设计进行了细致的讲解,并对编程软件和编程中所用到的一些指令作了介绍,对部分程序作了详细的解读。第四部分对组态模拟软件做了简要的陈述,对具体的模拟过程作了详细的叙述,并配有配料组态画面,使整个设计形象,完美,实用。
本设计通过软硬件之间的配合与调试,从而达到工业设计的要求,实现配料的自动化控制。

Abstract
In the design of a series of field visits, according to the reality of demand, coupled with the understanding of the programmable controller and analysis, a PLC (Programmable Controller, or PLC) to achieve automatic dosage system control. Described in detail the automatic dosage system design steps, focusing on software development and debugging done, completed the dosage hardware configuration and software design and of using Century star configuration software monitoring real-time system.
The design consists of four parts, the first part is a brief introduction of the previous dosage system, in conjunction with field inspection experience with the design done this brief analysis and ideas. The second part is according to of graduation design, in conjunction with own practical experience, to bring forward a reasonable design, and design steps further introduction. In addition to the allocation of resources as well as in reality, the principle of device was introduced. The third part of the dosage system software design for the detailed presentation, and programming software and dictates were introduced, some of the procedures were interpreted detailly. The fourth part state the simulation software of configuration briefly and describe simulation process in detail.There are dosage configuration screen, the image of the entire design, perfect and practical. Through the debugging and co-ordination among the hardware and software to meet the requirements of industrial design to achieve automatic control dosage.
