水位控制器的VHDL设计
摘要
目前,锅炉、水塔、水箱几乎是工业生产中不可缺少的设备,保持水箱中的水位高度在规定的范围内是非常重要的。如果水位过低,锅炉可能被烧干;如果水位过高,水箱的水会溢出,产生危险。因此,水位控制是保证生产用水不可缺少的。现在市场上已有了一些水位控制器,但就其功能上还存在一些不足。例如,有些水位控制器没有报警功能,有些没有显示水位的功能等,因此,本设计详细的对水位控制器进行了分析并重新进行了设计。本设计设计的水位控制器是根据水位的高低不同情况自动控制给水水泵电机的启动与停止,同时显示水位,使水位一直保持在规定的范围内。同时还具有最高水位报警、最低水位报警,干涸水位报警等功能。

There has been some water level controllers on the market now, but its function still exists some shortage up.For example, some water level controllers did not report to the police the function, some functions that has no manifestation water level etc., therefore, the origin design detailed carried on the analysis to lay equal stress on the new line to the water levels controller design.The water level controller of this design design is a start that pumps the electrical engineering according to high and low and different circumstance the automatic control water supply water of the water level with stop, show the water level at the same time, make water level has been keep within the scope of prescriptive.Still have the tallest water level to report to the police at the same time, the lowest water level report to the police, the dried up water level reports to the police to wait the function.
