摘要
随着我国工农业的快速发展,人民生活水平不断提高,结合社会的可持续发展,对自动化设备的需求不断增大,直流电动机控制是自动控制的关键部分。用分立元件来控制电动机的方法逐渐被淘汰,取而代之的是向二个方向的发展,一个方向是策机控制系统,另一个方向则是控制系统的集成化,即专用单片集成控制器。
本设计介绍了双闭环直流调速系统结构、原理、特点;提出了一种基于89C51单片机对转速、电流双闭环直流调速系统的设计与实现的方法。本设计是针对直流调速实验系统的调节器进行数字化改造。用单片机系统及双闭环PI运算程序代替原来的模拟电路调节器,以增强实验设备的易维护性、高可靠性,同时也提高了系统的灵活性。

Abstract
With the development of China''''s industry and agriculture,people''''s living standards have improved, combined with the sustainable development of society, the demand for automation equipment is increasing, DC motor control is a key part of automatic control. Using discrete components to control the motor is gradually phased out, there have two directions to develop, one direction is the control system strategy, and the other direction is the integrated control system, that is, a dedicated controller chip.
The design introduced the structure of the Double Loop DC Motor , principle, characteristics; presents a speed based on the 89C51 single-chip, current two-Loop DC Motor Control System Design and Implementation of the method. The DC converter is designed experimental system for the regulator to digital transformation. Single-chip dual-use systems and procedures for computing the closed-loop PI analog circuits instead of the original regulator to enhance the experimental equipment easy maintenance, high reliability, and also increased the flexibility of the system.
