摘 要
本论文论述了PLC及触摸屏在瓶装水灌装机电气控制中的应用。文中介绍了灌装系统的构成,工艺流程及实现运转的电气控制的要求,详细阐述了运用PLC进行电气控制的设计过程,并结合触摸屏技术完成瓶装水灌装机电气控制设计。本设计以瓶装水冲洗、灌装、旋盖一体机(三合一灌装机)为例,突出了西门子S7-200PLC及触摸屏技术在工业设计中的强大优势及不可估量的发展前景。

Abstract
This design introduced the PLC and touch screen installed in the filling system’s electrical control. In this design, the composition of the filling system, process and operation of electrical control requirements and described in detail the use of PLC to electric control of the design process, combined with touch-screen technology completed the design of electrical control. The bottled water designed to wash, filling, Capping machine (three-in-one filling machine) as an example, highlights the SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and touch screen technology in the industrial design of the powerful advantages and prospects for the development of inestimable.
