摘要
进入二十一世纪以来,随着网络技术的成熟和发展,网络化,智能化楼宇的概念也逐步为成为人们选择办公场所和衡量居住环境的一个重要因素.人们生活在智能化楼宇中,不仅可以快速的交换信息数据,可以开展电子商务,以取得更多的商机,还可以通过网络系统控制灯光,调节空调系统,同时,我们还可以利用这个智能化的网络平台,构建基于网络的视频监控系统,保安人员可通过计算机随时监控大楼内的现场环境.传统监控系统与之不能相比的是,我们还可以通过无线网络将家庭内部的监控图像,通过网络摄像机传输到Internet上,使个人用户通过授权也能监控到家中的情况. 本设计要研究的正是智能大厦中的视频监控部分，大厦使用先进的监控系统，是智能化技术应用的其中部分，监控系统的优劣，对大厦安全具有重大意义。如何做好大厦监控系统设计，特别是针对开放性较强的公用写字楼大厦安全监控建设，一直是当前智能系统设计的难题之一。闭路电视监控系统作为安全防范系统最基本、最重要的子系统，在各种领域里得到了广泛的应用，也是目前预防和制止犯罪较为有效的措施。它不仅可以对大厦周边及内部进行全天24小时不间断实时监控，也可在事后进行某些案件回放分析，重要时也可作为呈堂证供。

Abstract
Entering the 21st century, with the development of network technology, network, and the concept of intelligent building and gradually becomes people to choose offices and measure the living environment is an important factor in the intelligent buildings. People live, not only can quickly to exchange information data, can develop e-commerce, in order to obtain more opportunities, but also through the network control system, adjust air conditioning system, lighting, we can also use this intelligent network platform, constructing the network video monitoring system based on computer security, through the site within the building monitor environment monitoring system and the traditional cannot be compared, we can also through wireless network will domestic surveillance camera image, through the network transmission to the Internet, make individual users through authorization can also monitor the home. The design of intelligent building is to study the video monitoring, building the use of advanced monitoring system, the application of intelligent technology is one part of the monitoring system, and is of great significance for building security. How do building monitoring system design, especially for open stronger public office building construction, safety monitoring system is currently one of the intelligent design problem. Closed-circuit television monitoring system for safe guard system is the most fundamental and most important sub-system, in various fields in a wide range of applications, is more effective to prevent and stop crime. It can not only for building around and within 24 hours of continuous real-time monitoring, also can be in some cases afterwards, it also play as the testimony in the court.
