摘要: 本文介绍了一种基于PPI通信协议的装卸料小车运行系统。可编程控制器PLC通过RS485接口,实现对小车的控制,有效地减少系统布线的复杂性,避免了现场的多种电磁干扰,提高了抗干扰能力,文章阐述了系统的组成和设计原理,并分析了PLC用于此类过程控制系统的优越性,并用可编程软件编写了运行程序。

Installs the Ex-dinning Car Multi-way Movement the PLC Control
Abstract: This article introduced one kind based on the USS communication protocol attire ex-dinning car movement system. Programmable controller PLC through the RS485 connection, realizes to the scene equipment control, reduces the system wiring effectively the complexity, has avoided the scene many kinds of electromagnetic interference, sharpened the ant jamming ability, the article elaborated the system composition and the principle of design, and analyzed PLC to use in this kind of process control system the superiority, and has compiled the operating procedure with the programmable software.
