论文题目：110KV合南变电所工程变电站初步设计
摘　要
 江苏省盐城市射阳县城南地段经济发展较快，电力负荷的增长较快，特别是房地产楼盘开发较多，为保证对用户供电的可靠性，有必要在城南地段新建一座110kV变电所。该变电所命名为110kV合南变。
 设计时，首先根据电网情况确定了一次系统、二次系统构成，然后根据系统短路电流计算及国家电网公司标准化物资两者结合选择设备参数；设计中充分考虑电力信息网的布局，变电站满足“四遥”功能，实现无人值班。设计中还考虑到防盗及消防、环境保护等问题，确定变电站土建、防盗及消防、环境保护等的方案。
 本次初步设计，根据电网和负荷情况正确选择电气一次、电气二次相关设备，完善电网的结构，初步对变电站的土建、防盗及消防、环境保护进行系统的设计，形成较为准确的工程概算，为江苏省电力公司规划部门下达资金计划以及基建部门上报物资采购计划提供依据。国家电网公司近年来加强了对坚强智能电网的建设，智能变电站一直走在国际的前列。本次初步设计也按照国家电网公司关于智能电网的有关要求，在一次设备中增加智能组件。
