300MW机组全程给水控制方案分析设计
摘要
随着科技的发展,火电厂的自动化水平也不断的提高。全程给水过程自动化就是其中的一个代表。
本文主要阐述了300MW机组锅炉给水的全程控制系统。稳定的汽包水位是汽包锅炉安全运行的重要指标。本文首先分析了给水控制对象运行特性,得出了锅炉给水控制系统的基本控制方案:系统低负荷时通过改变旁路调节阀的开度调节给水量,用单冲量系统控制汽包水位;高负荷时通过改变给水泵转速改变给水量,用三冲量系统控制汽包水位。各系统之间、泵与阀之间能无扰切换;汽包水位,蒸汽流量和给水流量的控制都通过计算机来完成控制。结合河南鹤壁万和发电有限责任公司全程给水系统SAMA图的分析,进行了主给水控制系统的INFI-90组态。

This paper described a 300 MW unit of whole-process feedwater control system, Stability of the drum water level is an important indicator of safe operation for drum boiler. This paper analysis of the operating trait of the water control targets at first, and elicit the basic programmer of the boiler feedwater control system: When in the low-load, we regulate the feedwater by changing the bypass control valve, controlling the level of the drum using one-element system. When in the high-load we change the feed capacity by changing the rev of the feedwater pump, controlling the level of the drum by using three-element system. Among the various systems, pumps and valves can be switch over in no interference; at the same time the controller of the drum water level, steam flux and feedwater flow are controlled by computer. We analyze the SAMA Fig of whole-process feedwater control system by linking up with Henan Hebi Wanhe power generation limited liability Company; and do the in-fi90 configuration for main feed water control system.
