摘 要
目前,在纺织行业中,仍有不少企业依旧使用变极的方法对风机进行调速,其不但调节灵活性差,而且耗电量也大。本文是在传统风机调速基础上,使用变频调速技术,利用变频器的多段速功能对风机进行速度控制。具体讲述了用温度传感器给出信号通过PLC控制变频器的频率来实现对风机速度的调节控制,减少了能量的损耗,提高了系统的稳定性和灵活性。

Abstract
At present, in the textile profession, still had many enterprises to use the polarity reversal the method to carry on the velocity modulation as before to the air blower, not only its adjusts the flexibility to be bad, moreover the power consumption is also big. This article is in the traditional air blower velocity modulation foundation, the use frequency conversion velocity modulation technology, carries on the speed control using frequency changer''s multistage fast function to the air blower. Narrated specifically gives the signal with the temperature sensor to control frequency changer''s frequency through PLC to realize to the air blower speed regulating control, reduced the energy loss, enhanced system''s stability and the flexibility.
