摘要:当今社会,信息技术的迅猛发展己经深入到各个领域,对传统的监控模式产生了极大的影响。现场总线技术以其结构简单、便于远程控制、远程诊断、可靠性高、开放性等多种优势日渐成为自动化领域的热点。基于现场总线的控制系统( FCS)以其诸多优点在工业监控领域引起了一场划时代的变革。交通信号控制是管理运输网络的一种基本手段,人们普遍意识到交通信号控制系统的作用还未得到完全发挥。随着智能运输系统(Intelligent Transportation System,简记为ITS)的发展,城市交通控制的研究远未完善,交通实时控制依然是最重要的研究和发展项目之一。本文首先介绍了现场总线的现状、研究意义以及发展现状,给出了PROFIBUS网络配置方案,分析了系统的硬件配置,给出了元件明细表以及硬件结构图。然后分析了PROFIBUS协议结构以及总线存取协议,介绍了系统各控制对象,分析了PLC模块安装排布顺序及地址分配、西门子PLC变量表以及存储器的分布,在此基础上进行了程序设计,并且作了简要说明。

Design of Urban Traffic Control System Based On Profibus
Abstract: Nowadays,as the development of information technology, the traditional way of monitor and control has been influenced deeply.Fieldbus technology is becoming more and more popular because of its simpleness in structure and control in distane and diagnose in distance and high reliability and openness. Control system based on Fieldbus(FCS) has caused an epoch-making change in Industry control realm. Traffic signal is an essential element to manage the transportation network. Nevertheless,it is widely accepted that the benefits of traffic control systems are not being fully realized.Along with the movement of intelligent transportation system(ITS),traffic control remains one of the most heavily funded research and development items. First, this paper introduced the present condition of Fieldbus and the Profibus technology, and then a traffic control system based on PROPIBUS-DP was designed.The hardware arrangement of system was analyzed , the definite and detailed table of components and the texture figure of hardware were introduced. The agreement structure of PROFIBUS and the memory agreement were given. Every objection controlled by the system was also introduced; The installment sequence of PLC module, arrangement of address , the table of Siemens variable and the arrangement of RAM were analyzed,too. And programs and the explanation in concise were designed.
