PLC在喂丝机中的应用
摘 要
喂丝机是高速线材生产的关键设备,布置在轧线的末端,其作用是将线材绕制成一定直径的线圈,平铺在斯太尔摩辊道上;然而在喂丝机喂丝过程中,由于线材头部很容易栽到辊缝之间,造成第一段辊道卡线,使电机因过流而跳闸;为了避免这种事故的发生,必须对喂丝机喂丝的头部落点进行精确,在原PLC控制系统中对喂丝机的飞剪剪断动力进行自动化改造,采用飞剪剪切延时控制和改变吐丝机转速相结合的控制方式。当调节量较大时,飞剪延时剪切起主要作用,改变喂丝机转速起辅助作用;在整个过程中,飞剪延时剪切控制是对吐丝角度进行粗调,改变喂丝机转速起到微调作用,使其控制更为精确。试验证明改造后整个喂丝机的飞剪剪切精度得到了较大的提高,从原来的0.5米提高到0.3米,应用后将会取得良好的经济效益。
