摘 要
本文涉及电梯的轿厢和PLC控制系统的设计。了解电梯轿厢的特点及需要实现的功能,分析电梯轿厢的工作原理、基本结构,设计电梯的PLC控制系统。这篇论文主要研究乘客电梯的轿厢结构设计和PLC控制系统设计。
电梯是一种以电动机为动力的垂直升降机,装有箱状吊舱,用于多层建筑乘人或载运货物。电梯种类繁多,主要有两种分类方法,按用途分类和按驱动系统分类。电梯轿厢则主要包括两个结构,轿厢架和轿厢体。轿厢架是固定和悬吊轿厢的框架,由上梁、立梁、下梁和拉条等部分组成。电梯的轿厢由轿厢底、轿厢壁、轿厢顶和轿厢门等组成。这次主要是研究乘客电梯,要求有很高的安全性。PLC可控性和安全性较高,这次电梯主要通过PLC控制系统控制电机运行,继而控制电梯的拖动系统来控制电梯的运行。

Abstract
This article is primarily related to the elevator car and the PLC control system. Understand the characteristics of the elevator car and the functions to be achieved. Analyse the working principle and the basic structure of elevator cars. Then design PLC elevator control system. This thesis focuses on the passenger elevator car structure design and PLC control system design.
Elevator is a kind of electric motor driven vertical lift, with box-shaped pod, used by people or transportation of products in multi-storey building. Elevator has many kinds of types. There are two main classifications which include use classification and drive system classification. Elevator car mainly consists of two structure, elevator car frame and elevator car body. Elevator car rack is the framework for fixing and suspending car. Higher beam、vertical beam、lower beam and brace compose the elevator car rack. Elevator car body consists of car bottom、car wall、car tops and car doors. The paper mainly study passenger elevator which demand high security. PLC has high safety and controlling. It controls the motor running mainly by the PLC control system, then control the elevator dragging system to control the elevator running.
