摘要
在铝材产品的生产工艺流程中,热处理是提高铝材产品质量的一道重要工序,铝材的热处理技术也随之发展成为热处理学科中的一个重要组成部分。而铝材退火炉是铝材热处理中最广泛使用的设备,也是各大铝材企业调整产品结构、增加产品附加值以提高企业竞争力的关键设备,合理地设计铝材退火炉的自动控制系统以及全方面的实时监控退火炉生产状况有待我们深入的学习和研究。
本系统介绍了一种新型工业铝材退火炉的特点和实用性,设计并实现了基于美国Wonderware公司Intouch组态软件系统所开发的铝材退火炉生产监控系统。通过运用和实践证明,该设备设计合理、制作优良、控制精确、炉温均匀性高。系统具有人机界面友好、操作方便、扩展性强、修改维护方便、可靠性高等优点,达到全方面实时监控退火炉生产状况的功能。

Abstract
In the production sequence of the aluminum product, heating treatment is an important sequence according to develop the quality of the products.Heating treatment of the aluminum technology is developed to become one of the important part of the heating treatment .also the aluminum annealing furnace is the equipment which used so widely about the aluminum treatment.It also can adjust the configuration of product in all kinds of large aluminum project. And also the key equipment to add the affixation of the product, improving the compete of the project .so design the control system of the annealing furnace in reason and the real time monitoring the production status need us to learn and study very deeply.
This system introduced the characteristic and practicability of a new type aluminum annealing furnace. Designing and carrying out the aluminum annealing furnace production monitoring system which developed based on the Wonderware company and Intouch configuration software .through application and practice prove, this equipment design very well, making choiceness, control precision, high equality of the furnace temperature .the system has very kind HMI. Operation convenience, high extending character, maintenance and changing convenience .High depending character. Achieve the function to real time monitoring annealing furnace production in all aspects.
