摘 要
点火系统的基本功能是依据发动机的工作顺序适时的向发动机提供强烈的高压火花。点火系统的功能体现在点火的时机和产生点火火花的强度。要实现直流电转化为可以产生足够强度火花的高压电,只有采用变压器通过次级线圈和初级线圈的较大比值来产生高压电。
锅炉启动及负荷助燃用油是构成电场发电的重要组成部分,开发新技术降低发电成本是大型火力发电场一个迫在眉睫的问题,近年来随着世界原油价格的上涨以及国内电厂竞争的激烈,追求节约电厂锅炉点火以及助燃用油的呼声越来越高,无油燃烧点火系统势在必行。
本论文设计了等离子点火控制系统网络,控制系统硬件配置,等离子发生器自动控制逻辑和等离子点火控制逻辑,控制系统与DCS系统的接口。还提出了一些投入运行所存在的问题以及解决的措施。本文设计的锅炉点火控制系统,使工作人员不需要在现场操作设备使,只需要在控制室远程控制系统运行以及监视自动运行状况。

Abstract
The basic function of the ignition system is based on the work of the engine order of timely strong high pressure to the engine spark. Ignition system features embodied in the ignition spark ignition timing and intensity of production. To achieve direct current can generate enough strength into the high-voltage spark, and only through the use of transformer secondary coil and primary coil to produce a larger ratio of high voltage.

In this thesis, the plasma ignition control system network, control system hardware configuration, plasma generator control logic and plasma ignition control logic, control system interfaces with the DCS system. Also made a number of the problems in operation, and Solutions. This design of the boiler ignition control system, so that staff do not need to operate the equipment in the field so, only in the control room remote control system operation and automatically monitor the situation.
