含分布式发电的配电网规划研究

摘    要
 集中发电、远距离输电和大电网互联的电力系统是目前电能生产、输送和分配的主要方式,正在为全世界90%以上的电力负荷供电。这种大电网远距离输电有其优点,但它也存在一些弊端,如不能灵活跟踪负荷的变化、对于偏远地区的负荷不能进行理想的供电、大型互联电力系统中局部事故极易扩散而导致大面积停电等等。基于以上原因,近年来兴起的一种新型发电技术——分布式发电(DG)技术,以其能充分利用可再生洁净新能源,投资节省,与环境兼容灵活高效地进行发电等优点而被世界各国所重视,将成为电力系统供电总量中重要的组成部分。因此对分布式发电技术进行研究有着重大的理论价值和现实意义。
 随着分布式发电技术的逐步推广,对配电网的潮流、系统稳定性、继电保护、网损等都会带来影响,且其影响程度与分布式电源的位置和容量密切相关。因此,合理选择分布式电源的接入点和容量十分重要。文中研究了配电系统中DG位置和容量规划问题,建立了一种关于DG规划的模糊优化模型,利用改进的粒子群算法对问题进行求解。

 Title: RESEARCH OF Planning FOR Distribution network  with distributed generation
ABSTRACT
 Presently, power system, characterized in centralized generation, long-distance power transmission and bulk power system interconnection, are the main ways of power generation, power transmission and power distribution, which is now being the supply power of 90% power load all over the world. Large long-distance power transmission grid has its advantages, but it also has some drawbacks, for example, it can not flexibly track loads’ change, and can not supply loads in remote areas with ideal energy, also when an local accident happened in a large-scale interconnected power system, it can easily lead to the spread of large-area blackout, and so on. For the reasons above, there rises a new power generation technology in recent years, called distributed generation (DG) technology. Because of its advantages in taking full advantage of renewable and clean new energy sources, in saving investment, as well as in being compatible with environment to generate flexibly and efficiently, countries all over the world are paying attention to it, and it will become an important part of power system’s total electricity supply. So there are essential theoretical value and practical significance in researching DG technology.
    With the gradual extension of distributed generation technology, power flow of distribution network, stability of the system, delay protection, and network loss will be affected by it, and the extent of impact is closely related to location and capacity of distributed power. Therefore, it’s very important to choose the access point and capacity of distributed power rightly. This paper does some research on the location and capacity planning of DG in distributed network, then establishes a fuzzy optimization model about DG planning, and solve the problems using improved Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm.
