摘 要
针对目前常规的油烟机存在油烟排气管道封闭不严而导致的油烟倒灌的问题,主动式密闭装置运用机电一体的手段,结合位置检测技术与电机控制回路,实时反馈管道密闭状况,并在现有电动碟阀的密封结构的基础上,对管壁与碟板的结构进行改进,改善了管道的密封性,延长了弹性密封圈的使用寿命。针对现有密封装置结构上存在的不足,该装置密封结构采用偏心结构,结合弹性密封技术,确保了排气管道的完全密封,并通过碟板与外沿阶梯状设计契合紧压密封圈,有效的减少密封圈的磨损与变形,延长了密封圈的使用寿命。

Abstract

Sealing device for existing structural weaknesses, the device sealing structure using eccentric structure, combined with flexible sealing technology to ensure complete sealing of the exhaust pipe, and through disc plate and the outer edge of ladder-like design of compacted ring fit and effective reduced seal wear and deformation, extending the life of seals.
