摘 要
随着现代化工业的飞速发展在工业现场有许多物理量需要监控,用以判断当前机器设备是否正常工作,但是在工业监控的过程中经常会出现这种情况,要么传感器安装后不适宜使用电缆传输信号,再者从经济角度考虑,有线传输施工难度大,安装成本较高;尤其对传输距离是很远时,信号在传输电缆上失真严重,那么对工业控制信号的采集和传输是一个非常重要的课题。与此同时,为连续、安全、平稳生产,增加产量,提高产品质量,相应地对过程信息和控制管理出了更高的要求。
4-20MA经常用于工业仪表中,比如工业设备中的温度变送器和压力变送器都是用的是4-20MA的电流信号进行传输,抗干扰能力自然不用说,精度也可以得到保证,这些工业仪表其内阻基本可以看作无穷大,在外部阻抗在一定范围内变化时,输出的电流信号不会因为外部阻抗的变化而变化,所以才称之为恒流源。目前问题的关键是没有一种好的方法能够在可靠、精确的基础上采集八路4-20MA信号,以前通常通过运放后进ad进行处理的,现在要采集八路,如果按照以前的做法要保证精度整套电路成本会提高不少。

Abstract

Meanwhile, for the continuous, stable, safe production, increase the yield, improve product quality, accordingly to process information and control a higher request.
4-20MA often used in industrial instruments, such as industrial equipment of temperature transmitter and pressure transmitter is used is 4 - the current signal transmission 20MA, anti-jamming ability nature, let alone can be guaranteed, precision instrument its resistance of these basic as infinite in external impedance within a certain range, the current signal output impedance is not because of external changes, so called constant-current source. Currently the crux of the problem is not a kind of good method can accurately in reliable, based on the collection, 4-8 20MA signal, usually through the op-amp junior AD of processing, now, if the collection of 8 to ensure accuracy of practice before the whole circuit cost will improve.
