摘 要
预测控制自提出至今已近三十年,在工业过程控制中取得了许多成功的应用,引起控制界和工业界的极大关注,已被公认为是工业过程最有前途的先进控制策略。目前,许多著名软件公司均已推出了预测控制商品化软件包,并在炼油、石化等行业推广应用,预测控制在过程控制领域发挥了重要作用。但现有的预测控制软件大都是嵌入在这些著名软件公司开发的专用平台上的,应用厂家必需购买专业平台才能使用,价格昂贵,在我国只得到了有限的推广,且有些情况下从国外购进的软件不适用于国内生产边界条件的变化,不能充分发挥其作用。为此,我们面向我国工业过程的实际情况,以中小规模装置的先进控制为目标,基于PC 机平台用VC++语言开发了预测控制的通用仿真软件,可对控制系统进行综合仿真,为进一步实现推广应用奠定了基础。

Abstract
The forecast control from proposed until now in the recent 30 years, have obtained many success applications in the commercial run control, cause the control and the industrial world enormous attention, have been recognized for are the commercial run most promising advanced control strategies. At present, many famous software companies have promoted the forecast control commercialization software package, and in profession promotion applications and so on the refinery, petrification, forecast the control has played the vital role in the process control domain.
But the existing forecast control software is mostly inserting in the special-purpose platform which these famous software company develops, can use using the factory essential purchase specialized platform, the price is expensive, only obtained the limited promotion in our country, also in some situations from the software which overseas purchases is not suitable for the home production boundary condition change, cannot play its role fully. For this reason, we face the actual conditions of the industrial process of our country, the advancements of small-scale devices of Israel and China are controlled for the goal, have developed the common artificial software cont.
