摘 要
随着高校学分制的实施,跨专业和年级的课程选修,使得教学班级学生分散,教学信息和教学通知,传递难度增大,管理实效降低。尽管学校有网络办公系统,各部门可以从网上发布信息和通知。但用户受到时间、地点和设备的限制,不可能时刻登录在办公系统中,当他们无法使用办公系统时,能及时获取通知和必要信息,已成为迫在眉睫的问题。目前手机在师生中已经普及,基于短信快捷、收费低和覆盖区域广等特点,构造一个校园内短消息服务平台,使校园短消息服务与校园办公系统结合起来,是对校园办公系统的一种有效的补充。本文主要论述基于GSM Modem的综合信息服务平台的原理和方法。重点分析了学院的需求,提出了短信平台的结构组成、设备选型和系统配置,设计了软件系统主要功能,对程序设计的方法进行详细分析,并给出部分程序示例。该系统的应用能有效地提高学院办公效率,改进服务水平,降低通信费用,应用前景广阔。

Abstract
With the implementation of the credit system colleges and universities, multi-disciplinary and senior elective courses, allows students to spread the teaching of classes, the teaching of information and education to inform, convey the difficulty of increasing the effectiveness of lower management. Although the school office network systems, the department can release information from the Internet and to inform. But the user by time, place and equipment limitations, it is not possible login the system at all times, when they can not use the office system, to obtain timely notice and necessary information, has become a pressing issue. At present, mobile phones have been universal in the teachers and students, based on the text messages fast, low fees and wide coverage area, to construct a platform for short message service in the campus , so that the campus short message service and the campus office system combining is the campus office system an effective supplement. This article expounds the principle and method of applying the GSM short message service at the college.It includes the needs assessment,SMS platform structure,equipment selection and system requirement.Major functions of the software are specifically designed to meet the needs of the college.The SMS coding system and computer program are presented with examples.This SMS service system using GSM Modem can effectively improve administrative efficiency,upgrade services and lower communication cost.Thus,this technology can be promoted for various office applications.
