摘 要
本文介绍了湖南长沙火力发电厂1号机组除灰系统的工作流程和控制要求,仓泵气力输送技术的应用,进一步促进了国内电厂粉煤灰气力输送技术的发展并且气力输送系统的输送距离、输送浓度、系统出力和设备的制造工艺及自动化水平得到加强和提高。发电厂控制系统采用OMRON可编程序控制器在仓泵的输灰控制系统中的应用,实现了对仓泵的进料,进气,排气,出料等过程的计算机控制,组态软件IFIX实现对现场的监控.运行人员只需监视控制系统运行显示状态。同时由于设有完善的故障报警系统。
