摘 要
随着汽车的急增致使城市停车难问题不断恶化,而作为解决城市静态交通的有效措施——向空间、向高层发展的自动化立体停车设备,以其占地面积少、停车率高、布置灵活、高效低耗、性价比高、安全可靠等优点,越来越受到人们的青睐。
升降横移式立体停车库就其组成部分而言,可分为三大部分:车库结构部分、传动机构部分和控制系统部分。升降横移式立体停车库的控制系统则是整个车库系统的另一个主要组成部分,这也是本文论述的重点,详细地介绍了在实际的工程应用中,车库控制系统的硬件配置以及软件的设计。升降横移立体停车库以停放轿车为主,其代价较昂贵,而且立体停车库使用时涉及到人身和车辆的安全,所以对设备的安全性和可靠性要求非常高。PLC采用了以计算机为核心的通用自动控制装置,集微机技术、自动化技术、通讯技术为一体,可靠性强、性价比高、设计紧凑、扩展性好、操作方便,适用于频繁启动和恶劣的环境,因此在立体停车库控制系统中通常采用PLC作为电控系统的核心,并根据车库工作时输入输出的工作参量,完成可编程控制器的选型。PLC控制程序采用模块化编程形式,车位运行过程中只需调用子程序模块,这样大大降低了程序的复杂程度,方便了程序的修改,而且为车位的拓展提供了便利的条件。停车库控制系统的硬件和软件相互依托,相互补充,才能有效地以最低的成本完成对车库系统的控制。
升降横移式立体停车库具有非常广阔的发展空间和发展前景,其未来的发展方向就是要使停车库实现真正的智能化,以互联网为依托,实现网络化。操作人可通过灵活多样,比较友好的人机界面,监控停车库的运行状况以及对停车库发送控制指令。

Abstract
Along with the unceasingly automobile quantity increases, the automobile parking location growth actually cannot with its synchronization. The automobile berth and automobile quantity serious imbalance, from this brings severe stops difficulty. Right at the moment, the automated three-dimensional garage, with its advantages of taking less space, large parking capacity, flexible layout, most reasonable price and its reliability, has then arisen at the historic moment and are welcomed by more and more people.
According to the form of the up-and-down translational spatial car parking lot,it is made of three parts: parking lot structure part, driving-frame work part and control system part. The control system of up-and-down translational spatial car parking lot is another main part in the car parking lot system, which is the emphasis in this paper. This part focus on the hardware configuring and software design applied in the control system of the parking lot.
As an automated computer-centered control device, PLC is equipped with the micro-technology, automated technology and telecom technology and can be applied in harsh environment. Therefore, in the practice of parking lot control system, PLC is commonly used as the heart of the system. PLC control system employs modularization programming, which makes the procedures much simpler, easier to be improved. The hardware and software of the parking lot control system complement each other, effectively controlling the parking lot system with the least cost.
The up-and-down translational spatial car parking lot sees a wonderful prospect. Its application will fulfill the true intelligentization of the parking lot. The operator can keep it working properly and sending command by various, flexible and friendly communication interface.
