摘 要
随着我国经济的不断发展,社会高度信息化,新的高科技技术不断应用到各个方面中,使得智能化已成为一种发展的必然趋势。智能化也往往是从设备自动化系统开始。特别是基于中国包装、制药、纺织、食品加工等行业的快速发展,国内将需要更多的高端流水线控制产品,也是将在企业获得更大的发展空间主要发展方向。应用基于PLC技术的控制系统对工业流水生产线的控制。利用PLC控制技术、先进的人机界面技术(触摸屏技术)等来实现自动作业,取代以前用继电器控制生产流水线控制系统,不仅使设计简单化,提高系统的可靠性,而且各项性能指标优于传统的继电器控制系统。结合了触摸屏技术使得操作方便,节省空间,实现了流水线生产,提高了自动化程度和生产效率,降低了劳动强度。解决了行业所面对的技术缺陷,提高这个行业的整体水平。
