摘 要
随着现代科学技术和现代工业生产的高速发展,对数控弯管机精度的要求越来越高,使得传统的人工测量已经不适应甚至不满足实际测试的需求,结合图像处理的测量技术日益成为研究的热点。NI推出的labview应用软件平台和其生产的图像采集卡两相结合产生了新型测量方式,利用图像采集卡采集图像,对图像作二值化、边缘处理等操作,得到误差较小的精准图像,传输到计算机上,利用labview软件实现弯管机弯角角度的即时测量,经试验研究分析,该方案有很高的可行性。
本项目的设计研究采用强大的图形化设计语言(G语言)labview编程。人机交互界面直观友好,具有强大的数据可视化分析和仪器控制能力等特点。论文着重探讨了采用图像采集卡结合IMAQ Vision Build模块进行图形处理,然后labview实现弯管机角度测量系统的研究,对数控弯管机自动化、智能化、数控化方面的改进提高有及其重要的意义。

Abstract

Papers focused on the use of image acquisition card with IMAQ Vision Build to a graphics processing module, and then labview achieve Bending angle measurement system of the NC Bending automation, intelligent, and the improvement of NC and its importance has increased Significance.
