摘 要
VFD出厂前要进行多项检测包括:高压检测,单笔扫描,多笔扫描,栅网扫描,全亮扫描。传统的检测系统要通过两个检测仪器,一个检测完之后要拆装到另外一个仪器进行余下的检测,过程繁琐容易出错。本系统的主要目的就是利用松下FPX做为控制器将两个仪器结合在一起省去了中间拆装的过程,从而提高工作效率,也减少了错误率,减轻了工人的工作强度。
真空荧光显示屏(VFD)利用电子撞击荧光粉,使荧光粉发光,是一种自身发光显示器件。由于它可以做多色彩显示,亮度高。VFD薄膜基板要求导电线路宽度和线间距小于0.03mm,因此极易造成产品的连线与断线,由于这两种原因造成产品的报废占产品不良的80%以上。

Abstract
