摘 要
VFD是真空荧光显示器的简称,由于它具有自发光、亮度高、色彩悦目、功耗低,易与集成电路配套等优点,已被广泛应用在家用电器、办公自动化设备、工业仪器仪表及汽车等各种领域中。VFD的生产过程复杂,精度要求高,其中栅网的安装是用移栅机来完成,而现有的移栅机存在着性能不足,操作不便的问题,所以我们有必要研究一套高精度定位且操作方便的移栅机控制系统。用触摸屏作控制器人机界面,对解决实际问题有一定的实际意义。
本课题就是根据目前VFD生产工艺流程,系统性能指标要求,设计出一套满足要求的移栅机控制系统,其中涉及到的人机界面,我们用松下GT32作为人机界面控制器。结合生产实际,将触摸屏应用到实际的生产中去,完成触摸屏人机操作界面的软、硬件部分的设计,把触摸屏和移栅机控制系统有机地结合起来,使系统中的机械手达到定位精确,易于操控的目的。最终设计出一套性能良好,操作简便,成本低廉,并在工厂生产中能实际应用的基于人机界面的移栅机控制系统。
触摸屏软件应用到移栅机控制系统后,系统稳定性好、精确度高,显著提高了系统工作效率,保证了产品的品质和生产的品质;友好的人机界面使得系统操作简单,实现了良好的人机交流。

Abstract
VFD is a vacuum fluorescent display that because of its self-luminous, high brightness, colorful, low-power, easy with the advantages of integrated circuits supporting, has been widely used in home appliances, office automation equipment, industrial instrumentation and automotive, and other various fields. It is technically complex production requiring high precision, the current production VFD process, and the installation of ShanWang is accomplished by the remove grid machine.While the remove grid machine now is insufficient of performance and inconvenience of operating,so we have to study a remove grid machine control system which is of high precision position and convenient operation.
The issue is to design a remove grid machine control system which is based on the current VFD production process and the system performance indicators.The man-machine interface which is involved,we use the panasonic GT32 as man-machine interface controller.Combining with the production practice,the screen will be applied to practical production,we design the software and hardware section of the touch human-machine interface. We combine the touch screen with remove grid machine control system so as to make more accurate in positioning and easier to control.Ultimate design of a set of good, simple, low-cost, in factories and production for practical application manipulator control system which is based on the man-machine interface .
Touch screen software applications to the manipulator control system, the system stability, high accuracy and significantly improve the efficiency of the system. Guarantee the production quality; friendly interface make the system easy to operate and achieve a good man-machine communication.
