摘 要
由于沿面爬电是电力变压器最危险的绝缘故障,如任其发展,将会导致重瓦斯动作甚至变压器箱体开裂等恶性变压器事故,危害极大。“白斑”是绝缘纸板沿面爬电过程中重要现象,为研究绝缘纸板沿面爬电过程中“白斑”的生长特性,建立了试验研究平台,包括试验变压器,试验油箱,球板电极,油循环系统,单反相机及油中溶解气体分析仪,测量了不同老化程度纸板沿面爬电过程中“白斑”以及油中溶解气体的含量,统计了“白斑”的长度,角度及面积变化规律。研究结果表明,老化程度越高的纸板在爬电后期其纸板表面产生的气泡簇明显较老化程度低的纸板及未老化的纸板更加密集,气泡簇也更粗;纸板的耐爬电时间的平均值基本在42到43分钟左右,但在同样的爬电时间内,爬电长度随老化程度而增大;纸板的最终白斑总面积基本一样,但老化程度高的纸板其白斑在爬电前期的生长速率要快于老化程度低的纸板;爬电产生的氢气产量,随老化程度的增加而减少,产生的乙炔和总烃量值受老化程度的影响不显著。

" White spot" is the insulating board the creepage process important phenomenon of insulating board, the creepage of" white spot " growth characteristics, to establish a experiment platform, including a test transformer, test tank, ball plate electrode, oil circulation system, camera and dissolved gas analyzer, measurement of different degrees of aging board the creepage of" white" and dissolved gas content, statistics of the" white" length, angle and area change rule. The results show that the aging degree, higher board in the board surface creepage later produced bubble clusters were significantly more degree of aging lower board and not aging board more intensive, bubble clusters are also more crude; cardboard high creepage time average of42 to43 minutes, but in the same climb electric time, creepage length increases with aging degree; cardboard final white area is basically the same, but the degree of aging high board the leukoplakia in creepage early growth rate faster than the degree of aging lower paperboard; creepage generated hydrogen yield, with aging degree increases, producing acetylene and total hydrocarbon values by the aging degree of influence.
