摘 要
在粮食的存运和采购中,其水分含量及保存温度是两个很重要的参数。为了把含水量控制在最佳的收购和储藏范围内,避免造成粮食霉烂等不必要的经济损失,满足粮食储藏部门及专业户的要求,迫切的需要一种测量可靠、操作方便的谷物水分及温度测定装置。以往采用的谷物水分测量仪,测定的规则复杂、时间长且造价高,很难满足要求,因此我们需要一种造价低廉、使用方便且测量准确的温度测量仪。
本系统由AD590及RHU-223进行信号采集,经过AD574对采集到的模拟信号进行数模变换,在单片机AT89C51内部进行数据处理,然后进行显示,附加的有软件设计等。
通过计算机控制可以实现人机分离,节省人力物力,且本设计造价低,可控
性强,比较理想的温度检测系统。
