摘要
纺织空调是棉纺厂重要设备。要提高产品质量和发展新产品都对车间温湿度有更高的要求;棉纺厂的空调用电占全厂用电量的15-25%,是节能工作的重点对象;降低车间空气含尘量不仅能改善劳动条件,而且能减少产品的瑕疵。可见纺织空调对保护工人身体健康,提高产品质量,降低消耗和成本,降低工人劳动强度和提高劳动生产率有重要作用。
织布空调自动控制系统是一种针对织布车间温湿度进行调节的空调系统。该系统主要通过改变车间的送风量来调节车间的温湿度,使之达到设计要求。
该空调系统通过对室外温度的检测来判别冬夏季节的转换,温度设有上下限控制并有超限报警功能。
传感器采用湿敏陶瓷湿度传感器和铂电阻温度传感器。风机及水泵调节电路采用不可逆PWM调速电路。风门调节采用步进电机驱动。
单片机控制系统采用89C51单片机最小系统。人机接口采用8279键盘显示电路。
同时,本文还论述了棉纺织厂温湿度调节的基本原理和原则,并附有软件程序。

ABSTRACT
Air-condition is one of the most important equipment of textile mill, It needs higher requirement on air temperature and humidity to improve the production and to develop new varieties. The consume of electricity of air-condition occupies 15-25 percent of the hole textile mill. It’s the emphasis of energy saving. To lower the amount of dust in the air in workshop can not only improve he condition of laboring, but also reduce the flaw on the product. As you see, air-condition can do much work on labor heath protecting, quality of the production improving, consume and cost lowering, the intensity of labor reducing and the production efficiency of labor raising.
The system of spinning air-condition automatic control is a system of air in the which counters the adjustment of the temperature and the humidity of air in the workshop, The system adjusts the temperature and humidity of the room to meet the requirement of design mainly by changing the quantity of the wind blowing.
The air-condition system judges the changing of season by checking up the temperature outside. And it has the ability to alarm when the temperature is out of the control.
The sensors are ceramics humidity sensor and Pt register sensor. The circuit of motor control is PWM unreversible circuit. The air door is driven by the pace-motor.
The central control system of single single chip micro-controller adopts 89c51 CPU. The interface between person and the system adopts 8279 keyboard and showing circuit.
The design discusses the basic principle of the air temperature and humidity in textile mill adjustment, too and enclosed herewith the program of software.
