摘 要
随着社会经济的发展和高新技术的日新月异,以闭路电视监控和入侵报警系统为主的安全防范系统日益成为科技大厦、广电中心、会展中心、文体场馆等公共设施智能化弱电工程不可缺少的组成部分,是智能建筑内加强管理和安全防范的一项重要措施。传统的安防主要以人防为主,即通过安保人员的巡逻来管理和提高安全,这种方式易出现漏巡、发现问题不及时、事后取证困难和人力投入过大等缺陷,而以闭路电视监控和入侵报警系统为主的安全防范系统是人防和技防相结合的系统,利用先进的技防系统弥补人防本身的缺陷,用科学技术手段提高人民生活与工作环境的安全度,只有通过人防和技防的结合才能提供一个真正的安防系统。本方案将针对某高新区科技大厦设计闭路电视监控、入侵报警系统和周界巡更系统,将根据科技大厦的不同防范区域按照相应的防护要求,本着因地制宜、积极稳妥、注重实效、严格要求及保密的原则,着眼于实际,为切实提高工作效率、创造安全环境,实现“科技管理”的目标而设计某高新区科技大厦安全防范系统,使整个大厦及周边区域处在严密监控之中。

Abstract
With the socio-economic development and the ever-changing high-tech, security system which is based on CCTV and intrusion alarm system is becoming an integral part of public facilities weak intelligence project, such as science and technology building, radio and television center, exhibition center, sports venues and so on, and it is an important measure of the intelligent building management and safety precautions. Traditional security is based primarily air defense, that is to say, though security personnel patrolling to the manage and improve security, this approach prone to leakage patrol, found that the issue is not, after the evidence put too much difficulty, and human shortcomings, closed-circuit television monitor and intrusion alarm system-based security system is a combination of air defense and anti-technology systems, using advanced technology anti-air defense system to make up for their shortcomings, with the scientific and technical means to improve people''s living and working environment of safety, only by air defense and The combination of anti-technology can provide a real security system. The program will design the CCTV and intrusion alarm systems and perimeter patrol system focus on A New District Science and Technology Building, according to the different regions of Science and Technology Building in accordance with appropriate protection against the requirements, in line with local conditions, and actively and steadily, results-oriented, strict confidentiality requirements and the principles, focusing on the practical, to enhance its efficiency, create a safe environment and to achieve the goals of "technology management" , and design A New District Science and Technology Building security system so that the whole building and in close monitoring of the surrounding areas.
