摘 要
电力是城市发展的重要动力,合理的电网规划可获得巨大社会效益及经济效益。当前城市电网存在着网架一结构薄弱、供电可靠性差、电力设备老化、线损高、电能质量不稳定,自动化程度低等问题,这与国家提出的建设智能电网差距较大,因此进行电网规划改造势在必行。本文首先介绍了电网规划基本概念及研究现状,并对几种常用的负荷预测方法进行总结分类。对城区远景负荷创新地融入分区分层的思想,分别建立了各层负荷计算模型,由此得到的空间负荷分布结果更为详实。韶关城区地形狭长复杂,论文提出适应韶关城区发展的配网规划目标及原则,并针对城区中压配网存在的问题分别给出了解决方案。韶关城区的中压布局一直缺乏合理规划,论文就中压合理布局问题采用三种方案举例分析,经过三种方案的技术经济指标比较,提出按照多布点、小容量、短半径的原则进行布局,以降低配网线损,提高用户电压水平,获得更好的社会经济效益。论文最后对整个规划方案成效进行了技术经济评估,分析了其技术指标及经济效益,论证了方案的可行性。

Abstract
Electricity is an important driving force of urban development, network planning and reasonable access to a huge social and economic benefits. The current urban power grid there is a structural weakness, poor reliability, power equipment, aging, high line losses, power quality unstable, low degree of automation issues, which the State made a big gap between the construction of smart grid, so the power grid Planning must be enforced. This paper introduces the basic concepts of network planning and research status, and load forecasting of several commonly used summary classification. Innovative vision of the city and into the section layer load the idea of load calculation were established model of the layers, which are in load distribution results more detailed. Complex urban terrain strip Shaoguan, Shaoguan City is proposed to adapt to the development of distribution network planning objectives and principles, and medium voltage distribution network for urban problems in the solution are given.
