摘 要
当前,随着经济发展和城市化进程加快,水资源的利用已经受到充分的重视,城市供水企业也感受到越来越大的压力。要应付这些困难,就必须提高供水系统的可预测性和可控制性,采而用自动化技术就是有效的手段之一。
本文结合水厂工程实际,设计了水厂加氯系统的流程和滤池反冲洗流程。设计主要使用PLC为主要控制手段,运用了流量前馈+余氯反馈的复合控制方式,设计了1个集散控制系统。同时还对监控软件Intouch和上位机监控系统进行了设计。
自动化的实现使得水厂能够更安稳的持续运行,在使用较少的工作人员的情况下更好的管理整个水厂的生产和安全问题,同时也提高了水厂的生产效率,提高了水厂的经济效益。

Abstract
At present, with the economic development and urbanization process accelerated, the use of water resources has been adequate attention to urban water supply enterprises have also felt the increasing pressure. To cope with these difficulties, it is necessary to improve the water supply system of predictability and controllability, mining and the use of automation technology is one of effective means.
Combine the water factory engineering,designed the water factoryfilter pond anti-flush the process and the non level pressure and variance watersupplying system.Return to supervise and control the system to carry on theintroduction towards supervising and control the software Intouch and the place ofhonor machines at the same time. The design of the main use of PLC as the main means of control, the use of a residual flow feedforward + feedback control of the complex, designed a distributed control system.
Makes the realization of automation to more stable water plant up and running, in the use of fewer staff and better case management of the water plant production and safety issues, but also increased the productivity of water plants, improve the water plant economic benefits.
