摘要
本文研究了组态软件在实际工程项目中应用。在工业测控系统中,设备大型化、自动化、高速化和复杂化程度提高,系统的设计开发、故障诊断、系统升级和功能完善也变得日益复杂。作为测控系统核心部分的监控软件,功能要求更加全面和复杂,可扩展性和扩展的费效比都是企业在监控系统的建立和更新时重点考虑的问题。原有的仅凭系统设计人员由底层开发的系统控制软件的日常维护、功能改善和更新也变得越来越困难。运用组态软件来实现系统的监控任务己成为工业发展中的必然趋势。
论文对关键技术包括组态软件的构成、实时数据库、通信技术、控制技术进行了研究。讨论了实时数据库的构架和设计,提出了组态软件与PLC的通信具体方法,对提高软件数据交换的能力、提高软件的灵活性和可操作性具有积极的意义。
基于本工程课题的需要,对“污水处理自动加药系统”进行了设计和装调,包括系统的硬件结构、PLC控制以及组态监控的设计与研究。本文重点使用MCGS组态软件完成包括工程流程图的制作、实时数据库的设计、报表输出,报警提示,用户登入,控制方式选择等在内的整个系统软件的开发工作,经工程调试,该设计方案符合工程要求,运行状况良好。

ABSTRACT
The paper studies practical applicatiaon of configuration software.In industrial measurement and control system, the equipment is becoming large, automatic, high-speed and complex.The design,fault diagnosis, update and inprovement of system are becoming more sophisticated. Monitor software is the kernal part of measurement and control system, its function is more overall and complex. The augmentability and cost-effectiveness ratio are emphasized when disigningand upgrading monitored control system. The old control software which are developed from bottom layer is becoming diffcult in maintenance,inproving and replacement. It is inevitable to use configuration software to accomplish system monitorand control. But current configuration sofeware is not perfect in system structure and methods of data exchange with other has theoretical significance and vital use value.
Papers studies the key technology on the configuration software component, real-time database, communications technology, control technology, and other key technologies have been studied. Discussed the real-time database architecture and design, configuration software to the PLC and specific methods of communication, data exchange software to enhance the capacity, improve software flexibility and maneuverability is of positive significance.
Based on the needs of this project subject to the "automatic drug sewage treatment system" for the design and alignment, including the hardware structure, PLC control and monitor the configuration of the design and research. This article focused on the use of MCGS configuration software, including completion of the production flow chart works, real-time database design, reporting output, the police suggested that users log in and control methods, such as the choice of the whole system software development, debugging the project, the design Compliance with the requirements of the programme, running in good condition.
