摘要
在Internet飞速发展的今天，互联网成为人们快速获取、发布和传递信息的重要渠道，它在人们政治、经济、生活等各个方面发挥着重要的作用。高校网站建设与发展倍受师生员工的关注，它不仅架起了高校与外界网络信息沟通的桥梁,而且开辟了高校走向世界的通道。
中澳合作项目是我校与澳大利亚南昆士兰大学合作的项目，2004年开始招生，建设网站可以提高合作项目的知名度，提供外界认识的窗口，提高我校网站的质量，在学校教育教学中发挥应有的作用，从而促进更好的办学。
本文介绍了中澳合作项目网站的设计与开发，基于Web的动态项目网站，采用了ASPNET/ style=text-decoration:underline;font-size:14px;color:#2B4DD5; target=_blank>ASP.NET技术进行开发，实现了用户登陆论坛交流、查看课程作业信息以及信息维护、公告资料发布与浏览等功能。

In Internet rapid development today,The Internet becomes the important channel for people to gain、issue and transfer information fast,It is playing the important role in the politics、the economy、the life and so on each aspect for people.It is bring the university website construction and development to the teacher and student attention more and more,Not only it is a way of building bridges the university and the outside network information communication, Moreover blazes a way in the university to move towards the world.
The Chinese and Australia Cooperant project is our school and Australian the Queensl University Cooperant project,It only just came on to recruit the students in 2004,Construct the website enhances the cooperant project reputation,Provides the outside a contact window, Enhances our school website''s quality,Gives the due function plan to the school''s instruction,Thus promotes the school better and better.
This article introduces the Chinese and Australian cooperant project website''s design and development, Bases on the Web dynamic project website, Comes into service the ASPNET/ style=text-decoration:underline;font-size:14px;color:#2B4DD5; target=_blank>ASP.NET technology to develop,Carries out the user coming to land the forum to communicate、looks over the course''work and handles operation informations、issues and browses announcement informations and so on.
