摘 要:针对某品牌节能灯运输销售包装存在流通过程中破损严重的现状,本课题拟结合产品特点和实际流通环境条件,通过精确的科学计算以及大量的试验,为该节能灯提供一种经济、合理、安全和环保的运输销售包装方案。本次设计主要包括两部分:一是缓冲包装设计,二是纸盒结构设计。
缓冲包装设计按以下步骤进行:确定产品流通条件;根据流通环境条件及产品信息确定产品脆值;根据流通环境条件及产品脆值选择缓冲材料并进行尺寸设计。
瓦楞纸盒结构设计按以下步骤进行:根据产品本身的特性选定合适的盒型;板纸和瓦楞原纸选配;纸盒尺寸计算;通过CAD绘制纸盒平面展开图;做出纸盒及其内部缓冲衬垫的原型实物,对整个包装进行模拟实际环境的跌落实验。

Abstract: To solve the problem that transport packaging of Energy-saving lamps for a brand exists seriously damaged in the transportation, the subject studies and provides a economical , reasonable ,save and friendly environmental solutions by precise scientific terms and much experimentation with the proposed combination of the actual flow of product character and transportation environmental conditions. The design includes two parts: firstly, the design of cushioning packaging, and the other is the design of corrugated boxes.
Cushion package designing is carried through as following steps : to confirm the circulation condition of the product, to confirm the fragility of the products according to the environmental condition of circulation and product information, to choose the cushion material type and make the size designing according to the environmental condition of circulation and the fragility of the product.
The structural design of corrugated box in accordance with the following steps: In accordance with the characteristics of the product itself selected the appropriate type of box; paperboard and corrugated paper matching; carton size calculation; through CAD Drawing Drawing planar carton; make carton and its internal physical prototype of the buffer pad to the entire package to check the compressive strength and stacking strength.
