摘要:二甲戊乐灵是一种选择性除草剂,但其原药中含有致癌类化合物——亚硝胺,它在二甲戊乐灵原药中的含量国内外均有严格的控制。本文首先采用快速柱层析结合二次重结晶的方法,分离提纯制备亚硝胺标样,并建立了二甲戊乐灵原药中微量亚硝胺含量的高效液相色谱定量分析法,其色谱条件为:乙腈和水(60:40)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,用二极管阵列检测器,提取波长240nm。得亚硝胺和二甲戊乐灵的线性回归方程分别为:y = 192459x + 89785,y= 803160x - 7E+07,相关系数分别为0.9981、0.9872。亚硝胺的加标回收率为98.6%~100.1%,检出限为65ng/mL。
