摘要:桂花在我国种植已有2500余年的栽培历史,桂花芳香成分的研究始于20世纪60年代,人们研究桂花芳香成分多以桂花浸膏或净油为对象。它又具有很高的观赏价值、食用价值、药用价值。因此,桂花生产的产业化经营前景十分广阔。本文介绍了几种保存桂花的方法;研究用超临界二氧化碳流体从桂花中提取桂花浸膏的工艺,并探索操作压力、温度及时间对桂花浸膏萃取率的影响.得到最佳萃取条件为:压力14MPa,温度40℃,时间4 h;利用乙醇等有机溶剂提取桂花花渣中的黄酮类化合物,重点探讨了采用乙醇提取法提取黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:乙醇提取法的最适工艺参数为浸提剂乙醇浓度70%、浸提温度75℃、浸提时间3h。

Abstract:Osmanthus Fragrans`s cultivation in China has 2,500 years of cultural history.The study of osmanthus Fragrans aromatic components began in the 1960s, people ususlly paid attention on osmanthus Fragrans`s concrete or oil when they studied the osmanthus Fragrans`s aromatic ingredients. It also has high ornamental value, the value of food and the medicinal value. Therefore, Osmanthus Fragrans has a very broad market prospects.In this paper ,there are several preservation methods of Osmanthus Fragrans and the experiment by using supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of Osmanthus Fragrans concrete and explore its operating pressure, temperature and time on the Osmanthus Fragrans concrete extract rate of extraction. The experimental results showed that the proper conditions or extract of Osmanthus Fragrans concrete are:pressure 14 Mpa,temperature 40℃ ,time 4 hours. By means of the methods of ethanol-extracting,the optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids in Osmanthus Fragrans`s slag were determined.The optimum conditions of ethanol-extracting were obtained as follows:70% ethanol as extraction solvent at 75℃ for 3 hours.
