摘 要
本论文重点介绍了缓冲包装设计系统构成及各主要功能模块特点及功能实现等;并对以缓冲包装CAD系统设计好的液晶显示器包装件用ANSYS/LS-DYNA 有限元软件进行跌落仿真分析,研究不同跌落情况下包装件各构件的响应。
缓冲包装设计系统由产品脆值求解模块、缓冲设计与校核模块、纸箱结构设计与校核模块、纸箱结构优化设计模块和缓冲包装设计方案输出模块五大模块组成。液晶显示器包装件的跌落仿真研究是先根据缓冲包装CAD系统设计好的包装件模型建立有限元模型,然后对整个包装件进行仿真跌落,最后对各构件受力及变形情况进行分析。

Abstract
It introduced the structure of cushion packaging design system and the characteristics of the major function modules and the way to implement them. It is ANSYS/LS-DYNA to finish the finite element analysis of the LCD package which designed by the above cushion packaging computer aided design system so as to study the response of the different components in different falling way.
The cushion packaging design system is composed of five major modules as following: product fragility solving module, cushion package designing and verifying module, corrugated case structure designing and verifying module, corrugated case structure optimization and designing module and results outputing module. The first step of finite element analysis is to set up a finite element model with the package model from the cushion packaging CAD system. And then, you can make the simulation by falling the package in different way. Finally, analysis the force and deformation of each components when the package falls in different way.
