摘 要: 本论文简述了粗羊毛脂精制的必要性 ,并介绍了国内外羊毛脂精制的工艺方法及其新进展。通过添加四元精练剂来优化酸化、精炼、沉降、脱色、洗涤、脱水等工艺条件,可生产优质的羊毛脂制品。本工艺与传统工艺相比具有纯度高、成本低、生产工艺简单等优点,其下脚料可进一步用来生产二价羊毛酸盐,广泛用于金属防锈、润滑等行业。从而解决了下脚料污染环境的问题。通过实验得出的最佳反应条件为:四元精制剂(Na5P3O10:Na2SO4:NaOH:H2O)的最佳配比为6:6:3:85,精炼的温度为90℃,沉降促进剂选用异丙醇,在60℃下用双氧水脱色6小时。通过本工艺条件来精制出的羊毛脂产率可达到85%,且色泽较好。

Research About the Method of Refining Lanolin

Abstract: Necessity of crude lanolin refinement was expressed simplely, and the processing method and the new development of lanolin refinement both at home and abroad are introduced. By using a quadplex–component refining agent, through acidification, refining, settlement, crocking, washing and dehydration, high-quality lanolin will be produced. Comparing to the traditional method of refining wool fat ,using this method, the purity of lanolin is higher, the cost is lower and the operation is more convenient .The waste product of this method can be used to produce diatomic lanolin salt which can be used in rust-proof and lubrication, therefore, the problem of polluting is resolved. Through the experiment, the result enunciate that the most suitable and proper reaction conditions is that: the proportion of quadplex–component (Na5P3O10: Na2SO4: NaOH: H2O) is 6:6:3:85, the temperature of refining is 90℃ ,the choice of settlement solvent is Isopropanol, at 60 ℃ under six hours with hydrogen peroxide decolorization. Through the refining process to yield to lanolin can reach 85% and the colour is better.
