摘要:随着工业技术和设计理念的不断革新,人们希望能够设计出既符合功能需要又成本低廉的包装容器,因此Cosmosworks仿真软件走上历史的舞台。它能精确的分析模拟物件的载荷情况,提供应力分布云图,为分析人员得到第一手有价值的情报。
本文通过Cosmosworks软件对某品牌750ml葡萄酒玻璃瓶进行仿真跌落测试。分析了玻璃瓶在平跌落及与水平面呈20°斜跌落状态下自高度为0.3m处分别跌落至刚性表面和柔性表面时,跌落试验的应力图解、变形趋势及冲击关键点的应力时间曲线图,探讨了玻璃瓶体的应力分布规律,为玻璃容器冲击强度的理论研究和结构优化设计提供了有价值的探索。

Abstract: By the development of industry technology and design philosophy, people hope to find a way to make package containers not only meet function needs but also have competitiveness in price. Thereby Cosmosworks software step onto the stage of history. It can accurately simulate and analyze the situation of load press and provide stress distribution diagrams. The analysts enable to acquire valuable first-hand information.
It is a thesis mainly discusses the simulation and analysis in 750ml glass wine bottle’s drop tests which based on Cosmosworks software. It analyses glass bottle’s drop off both vertically and 20°diagonally from drop height of 0.3m and acquires the simulation result of stress diagram, deformation trend and the stress time curves of key impact point both in the rigid and flexible surface. It discusses the law of glass bottles’ stress distribution. The results provide valuable reference for the structural optimization design and theoretic research related to the impact strength of the glass container.
