摘要:本论文研究的是牛初乳中乳铁蛋白的提取。牛初乳是牛3天内产的乳, 是自然界营养最为富集的食品资源之一。牛初乳含有很多活性物质,比如乳铁蛋白。 乳铁蛋白(Lf)的含量在初乳中最为丰富。Lf具有多种生物活性功能,如广谱抗菌活性,增强铁的传递和吸收,免疫调节作用,调节发炎反应,抗病毒作用,可广泛应用于食品,医疗和化妆品领域。但是就我国目前而言其中大部分的营养活性成分并没有得到充分利用而被浪费掉,因此如能加以充分利用将促进生物活性食品生产、具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。本课题通过离子交换层析法从天然产物初乳中纯化出乳铁蛋白。并考虑流速,柱高,进样浓度对收率的影响;用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、酶联免疫法和高效液相测纯度。

Abstract:This article research about the extraction of lactoferrin from bovine colostrums.Bovine colostrums is a kind of colostrums which is gained from fist 3 days after cow’s breeding and one of the foods which contains much enrichment in natural. Bovine colostrum has lots of active elements,as lactoferrin for example.LF has various bioactive functions such as broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, promotion of iron transfer and absorption, immunomodulatory effects, regulation of inflammatory reactions, antibviral activity, and inhibition lf lipid peroxidation. but most of the active elements have not been fully used and wasted much in our country.As a rustle ,if we can make full use of Bovine colostrums, it will promote food production , has obvious social and economic benefits.LF was purified by ion exchange chromatography from bovine colostrums. At last it was measured by SDS-PAGE, Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and HPLC.
